Just imagine that you are floating in zero gravity on the space station and suddenly pay attention to the fact that you have long fingernails. The Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield will tell and show how to cut your nails in space.

Take the Nail Clippers

Find the air retraction vent equipped with a grid.

You can cut your nails as usual at a distance of couple centimeters from the grid. 

When you're done, leave the nails where they are gathered. During the usual cleaning they will go to waste.
